We provide full dentures for a complete arch, partial dentures when you still have healthy teeth worth keeping, and immediate dentures so that if teeth have to be removed, you are never without them. Immediate dentures are made in advance and placed the same day the extractions happen.
Getting the fit right takes several appointments, because a denture has to work against gum tissue that changes shape as it heals. We take impressions, try in a wax setup so you can see the tooth position and shade before anything is finalized, then adjust after delivery until it is comfortable.
Gums and bone continue to change over the years, which is why dentures eventually need relining or replacing. If yours has started to click, slip, or rub a sore spot, that is a fit problem and it can usually be corrected.

We look at what teeth remain, the health of your gums and bone, and which type of denture suits your situation.
Detailed records of the ridges and tissue that the denture will rest on.
You see the tooth position, shade, and shape in wax and tell us what to change before the denture is finished.
The finished denture is placed and adjusted, with instructions on inserting, removing, and cleaning it.
Sore spots are normal in the first weeks. We adjust until it is comfortable. Come back as often as you need.
Worth knowing
Slipping means the fit no longer matches the ridge underneath. A reline usually solves it without a new denture.
A denture should not hurt. Recurring sores in the same place mean a pressure point that can be adjusted out.
Loose dentures accelerate bone loss and make eating harder. Implant-supported options can add real stability.
Common questions
Not with an immediate denture. It is made ahead of time and placed the same day the teeth come out, so you leave with a smile.
Give it a few weeks. Start with softer foods cut small, chew on both sides at once, and build up. Speech settles faster than chewing does.
Brush daily with a denture brush and soak as directed. Never use hot water, which warps the acrylic, and never sleep in them unless we tell you to.
