We agree on shape, length, and shade before any tooth is touched, so nothing is a surprise later.
A very thin layer of enamel is removed from the front surface so the veneer sits flush rather than looking bulky.
You wear temporary veneers while the porcelain is made, which also lets you live with the new shape for a few days.
Each veneer is tried in, checked for fit and shade in natural light, then bonded permanently.
Worth knowing
Front teeth that have chipped or worn short over the years can be given back their original length and shape.
Some staining sits deep in the tooth and does not respond to bleaching. Porcelain covers it completely.
Small spacing issues and teeth that sit a little out of line can be visually corrected without orthodontics.

Well made and well cared for, veneers commonly last many years. Grinding and biting hard objects are what shorten that, so a night guard is worth discussing.
